Ryan practices in the areas of tax planning and taxpayer representation, as well as corporate commercial law. He advises clients on both income and consumption tax issues. He researches, assists in planning, and implements corporate transactions. Ryan also represents both corporate and individual taxpayers in their disputes with the taxation authorities.

Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Ryan completed his articles as a law clerk to the Tax Court of Canada. He has written for Canadian tax publications and has completed the CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Course.

Ryan obtained his Bachelor of Arts in economics from McGill University and studied law at Osgoode Hall Law School, earning a Bachelor of Laws. He subsequently received his Bachelors of Civil Law from l’Université de Montréal. Ryan was called to the Québec bar in 2009.
